The VEX Robotics Training Academy offers free online training webinars for teachers and mentors. Being comfortable with the VEX V5 product range, software and the VEX Robotics Competition is an important part of running a successful programme in your school or organisation and these webinars will bring you up to speed.
Courses
An Introduction to VEX V5
Aimed at those that are completely new to VEX V5, this course will introduce you to the kit contents, basic programming, the VEX Robotics Competition and using VEX V5 in your classroom.
VEXcode V5
Once you are familiar with the VEX V5 kit and how to do the basics, this course will take a more in depth look at VEXcode V5 programming. The focus will be on block programming but text coding using Python and C++ will also be covered.
VEX Robotics Competition
If you are interested in taking part in the VEX Robotics Competition but don’t know where to start or if you are already taking part but need to know how to help your teams move to the next level, this is the course for you.
